None of us were taught how to cope with constant exposure to overwhelming injustice and suffering.

However, the call to engage meaningfully and strive for justice for all is stronger than ever.
Liberation requires collective action, but many individuals fail to see their own role within this collective effort.
This platform believes that small, sustained, and imperfect actions carried out by many can have a greater impact than the dedicated efforts of just a few.
Forward Momentum is committed to helping individuals understand and engage with these concepts in their own lives by addressing two root causes of inaction:

Capacity
People are too overwhelmed by managing their daily lives and the sheer volume of conflicting news to meaningfully engage with their community, politics, and humanitarian aid.

Beliefs
People don't believe their actions have a meaningful impact on the world around them, or may not even see how their actions connect to larger systems of oppression.
How we address these gaps

Building Capacity
We assist individuals in developing practices that combat compassion fatigue and foster action-oriented engagement with the surrounding world. Our services include guidance on world-building practices, mentorship, and consulting aimed at enhancing community structures and systems.

Addressing Beliefs
We provide resources and collaborative support to address limiting beliefs, using lessons rooted in history, psychology, and basic logic to encourage faith in the power of small, consistent actions.
