Support for Individuals

Mindsets and Habits that Heal (the World)

The call for justice worldwide requires us all to develop consistent habits that endure, generate momentum, and help us continue showing up for our community.

There are small, meaningful steps we can incorporate into our daily lives to foster care for one another, embed community care into our routine, and make the world better in our own modest ways. The goal is to understand the value of individual actions multiplied by the collective, and to keep moving forward, one step at a time.

"Mindsets and Habits that Heal the World" offers a new outlook on building habits by emphasizing their ability to empower individuals to positively influence the world around them, while also enhancing their own well-being.

Application Mentorship

We can best give to others when we ourselves are stable, fulfilled, and able to utilize our positions of power to lift others up. For that reason, I find it important to help others apply for and succeed in higher education so they can provide for themselves and others through their education.

Qualifications: I've provided 6 years of career guidance through a variety of professional organizations and 1:1 consultations. As a PhD graduate from UCSD, I spoke at outreach events encouraging underrepresented students to apply to graduate school, mentored and coached students through application processes, providing program guidance, essay feedback, and interview prep. I've mentored over 50 students from underrepresented backgrounds through various aspects of successful college, graduate school, and fellowship applications.
